It was a rhetorical question meant to express my frustration at those who act as though a win over IU is a big deal for Michigan, when the team we just destroyed beat IU earlier in the season. I felt I made that clear, but maybe not.

I have no idea when the original article was written (I’d guess Sunday), but the rankings were obviously updated after Duke’s loss.

These Vols remind me of my beloved 2014-15 Wisconsin Badgers (Who should be revered in Vol Land for what they did to Kentucky). Two veteran teams who execute beautifully on offense with a high assist rate and a great sense of team work led by an old school coach. Kaminsky might have been a bit more dominant than Williams is, but Schofield is similar, and maybe a bit better, than Dekker was. Nigel Hayes was probably more versatile than Alexander, but not as good on the boards and defense. This Vols team is better at the PG position, too. Still, I see a lot of similarities to that team in Madison a few years ago. I'll take being in the National Championship game up by double digits with about 10 minutes to go, too.

I keep wondering if we will see the defense from last season if we really have to have it, but the way we are scoring, I'm sure it's easy for them to be lapse.
