Why does Trump keep calling the coronavirus concerns a "hoax?" That seems incredibly dangerous and irresponsible.

Because it was at a rally, he's Trump, and that's what Trump does.

Why did the governor of Washington tweet that he acted like a complete and total asshole to Pence when Pence called to thank him for the efforts they've put in to fight this?

    Klobuchar out.

The push to stop Bernie from winning the nomination intensifies.

Results thus far would suggest that half to a majority of the democrat electorate doesn’t want a Bernie-like nominee - if you count Warren + Warren vs the moderates that picture jumps out (Nevada is an exception to this admittedly).

I wouldn’t say it’s as much about preventing Bernie from getting the nomination as it is not handing it to him if it isn’t what people want.

I prefer to see it that way at least.

Tomorrow will tell us how viable the Biden campaign really is. If he doesn't more or less absorb all the drop out votes its gonna be really ugly in Milwaukee.

By and large, I don’t care who it is on that side.

But still, I’d like to see Bernie win it.

“Ugly” is such a subjective word.

I’d prefer to avoid seeing one of our two major parties nominate a man with that energy policy...and someone that doesn’t seem all that concerned about math.

I might have - but I definitely would have if he had banned automobile travel to make sure we focused more on air travel by rockets in the vision of getting to the moon.

Given the totality of its context - who said it, who it was said to, who and what it invoked, not to mention just how surprisingly quick and crass the intent behind it - this is my favorite post in a long time. Legit LOL’d when I read it.

    TT hit a nerve.

yes, he described corona virus concerns as a hoax and "politicizing." your second and third links reframe the claim as "he didn't say the corona virus was a hoax," which is shifting the narrative. The object was "concerns," not "corona virus"
