Seems as if wearing blackface was as bad a choice for your future in the 80s as was learning to play the saxophone.

 

Blackface was a bad idea, but for better or worse was deemed acceptable in the 80s. If it was just that, I would cringe, but say let's forgive the guy.

Blackface PLUS klansman has never been a good idea. For that, sorry, you blew it.
