I think you can and be above average there but it’s a big drop off from KC. I’m still the most sad about losing BHH. Maybe he’ll come to his senses and change his mind

 

He won't. I'll wager he ends up at Auburn, where we seem to lose most of our recruiting battles.

 

Think most of the other big time portal PG options have already gone elsewhere.

Yeah, there’s been quite a bit out there regarding Barnes having NIL difficulties. Not surprising from an old guard kind of coach like him. But, 2022 recruiting has been pretty awful and there were a shit ton of misses this year. I can’t imagine the season next year going better than toss one and the 2023 recruiting year is a as critical a year as we’ve had in a long time with the recruiting landscape chasing so dramatically.

 

Are HCs making calls on how much and who pays nil $? I’d think we have an entire department dedicated to funding

 

I figure Spyre just needs to know who we actually want on the team and who we’re just feeling out

 

Well we have no chance against those schools but with all the guys we missed on we should have plenty of NIL money to give him.
