I used to have long hair, a long beard, and I named the hot sauce I bottled "Dirty Hippie Sauce." Wanna hang out sometime, Tenny? I'll wear one of my psychedelic, multicolor ties even.

Idiot. If guilty I hope he enjoys prison.

Keep in mind this doesn't mean he is guilty, just that there is some sort of case.

I don't see this making it to trial. Plea deal, depending on evidence, IMO.

The question is who's tear, and what cheek?

They appear to be both indicted on Aggravated Rape. That's an A felony in Tennessee that carries a minimum 15 years @ 100% prison sentence.

What does the aggravated part mean?

So, without getting into specifics of what you know, with the current indictment, how effed are they? If neither haven't been in trouble before, wouldn't it stand to reason that depending on what they can prove, they would plea it down to lesser charges, as long as the accuser cooperates and evidence is solid?

I don't know any specifics. I just know each side has staked out a position that makes any sort of mutually acceptable disposition impossible. If there was a reasonable agreement to be made, it would have already happened.

I like AJ and are saddened by the senseless and violent acts both he and Williams alledgedly committed. If found guilty he can spend his time reflecting on how a brief moment of extremely poor judgement ruined several lives and affected many more.

AJ would have made a deal before he was indicted? This is a serious question, is that something people do?
