Wow. This discussion is enlightening. So since SA charges weren't filed/were dropped does that mean that he is being accused of rape?

If I implied I think she is a "stupid [itch bay]" by quoting above, that was not what I personally meant, and I apologize. I just wish in this country that until they book you for something, and actually press charges (or actually convict), that this information cannot be released. It is so damaging to the party that this is brought against. If he is innocent, this will still follow him around. And after the Duke Lacrosse team incident, I try to be very slow to jump on Johnson.
