Fort Monroe is a good visit

 

Figuring on a week in Williamsburg area late spring/early fall, i haven't been for a good while. It's a very easy area to run out of time looking at stuff.

I'd like to follow Peninsula campaign sites from the sea to Richmond, but the boss would probably kill me after a day of jumping around looking at minutiae

 

I love the Williamsburg and Yorktown area.

If there were no other considerations, that's where we would live.

I looked it up and I read Eisenhower was at a smaller Bonus March. Maybe that's what my subconscious was thinking. Anyway love ya back....
