    I love him. I hated when he stopped doing his show.

    I liked how the jackasses started yelling "Trump" like Pavlov's dogs

    Well, it wouldn’t have been entirely without merit.

    I love that comedians can say things like this, and wish that more of them did.

    For exactly the same reasons that I don’t worry about Beyoncé demanding that we have sex twice in the same night.

    They are the true philosophers of America. They can say and do stuff that you and I cannot nor, arguably, should not get away with. And it is a very important part of America that they do this.

    Backstory (I think this is correct, from memory): There was an outdoor comedy festival in Philly, with Bill Burr as the headliner. As the night went on, Burr watched the Philly crowd become increasingly drunk and openly hostile toward the other and less well-known comedians, intentionally ruining their sets with heckling and boos, running some off-stage, and all to the wild cheers of the crowd. I’m not sure if he was asked to go on early in hopes of appeasing and/or quieting the crowd, or he just chose to do so, but however it happened, Burr walked on stage and proceeds to take on the entire City of Philadelphia in what may be the best 11 minutes of comedy, ever.

    ** NSFW LANGUAGE **
    There’s obviously terrible and entirely NSFW language throughout this clip, so be forewarned about that, and before hitting play.

    Burr is one of the great philosophers that I was talking about. Guy is on point and fearless.

    Love Katt Williams. He could read the phone book and it would probably make me laugh.

    When it comes to comedy about everyday life, Gaffigan gets my vote.

    Jerry Clower.

    In ‘98, went to the Big Orange pep rally at Tommy Bowl the night before the Florida game....during the rah-rah’s a huge orange and white Cadillac hurst comes driving into Thompson Boling. Place falls silent, as two guys pull a coffin out of the back and place it on the stage. Coffin bursts open and Jerry Clower sits up inside, wearing an orange and white tuxedo. Bedlam.

    * EDIT, it was 1994 *
