The preseason shows picking their final 4 all but ignored us. Rarely any mention.

 

On the Fox one Cowherd put us in the playoff and another said we'd beat Bama here but lose to them in the SECCG

I'm usually a proponent for recreational drug use, but there's always that one guy that takes to far. Brian jones seems to be 'that guy'

 

that's what herbstreet said. you would beat bama in the regular season, but lose to them in the SECG. very hebstreet esque. likes to make almost upset predictions and declare victory if they happen, but given him a nice out if they don't.

Always thought he could end up there. With the current end situation it could be a good move.

 

I think he could be a good rotation guy there.

 

So - If Tennessee runs the table and Alabama finishes 11-1 and then wins the SEC title game, are both teams making it?

 

I would say yes.

 

Could you imagine Tennessee and Alabama in the national title game, with both team's only loss coming to each other (Tennessee losing to Alabama in October, Alabama losing to Tennessee in the seccg?)

That would be an awesome way to win a national title by beating the hell out of Alabama

 

Except Kiffin hanging 50 on Shoop on his way to the West Virginia or Arizona job will preclude that.

 

What is it you know that nobody else does?

 

How productive have Alabama's last two offenses been? Why would I expect that to change?

 

Not productive enough to think they'd score 50 on this year's Tennessee defense.
