Look at the detail he put in to erasing the hard drives of computers or killing Gus. He panicked and ran down a guy like a dog. It makes sense why he did it, but it goes against how he did things.
The two aren't in any way comparable. It's a puzzling example. On one you've just got a sloppy, careless mistake. The other was an in the moment reaction that saved Hesse's life. Why Gahlee even thought of that is beyond me.
