COVID-19 (artist formerly known as Wuhan strain novel Corona virus)

Our school back in Katy build in-person and virtual cohorts. You were locked in for 9 weeks I believe.

 

That's how our schools did it last year. They had high risk teachers teach the virtual classes.

 

One of my FB players step-mom was a fringe COVID-denier, but pretty anti-everything. Posts all the time about it.

Well, guess who caught it and does nothing but complain about how bad it is now?

 

I hate that for her, but when you refuse to listen to expert advice because "What do the experts know?", well, there you are.

 

Least she is alive to complain.

 

Pretty good run to make it this long while not doing anything special to keep from getting it, though. Must not get out much.

 

That's my sister. "It's not real it's not real." Because she hadn't changed her life in ever, and hadn't had it yet. Turns out you have to leave your house in order to pick it up, who knew?

 

My favorite is my sister in law who told me they haven't gotten it because they just dont' hang out with sick people. so easy!

 

Oh yes, but if you knew the lady, you would also at least half smirked when she announced she got it.

 

OMG, got the CDC on the phone right now! A [uck fay]ing breakthrough in epidemiology!

 

Wonder why she didn't just believe it is the flu?

 

She can't smell or taste anything.

 

So it became real when it was real to her. Figures.

Truth. Now its headaches.

 

When I got it in November 2020 I never lost taste or smell but had a continual nagging headache through mid January or so.

 

Doesn’t the data actually show that a large number of the total infections come from it being spread within the household…?

Or does she live alone? I’m assuming she doesn’t.

 

The data does show that, and it also shows 100% of household infections originated from outside the household.

 

So you don’t have to leave the house to catch Covid. Someone in the household does, but you don’t.
