    16 years is not necessary. Also, we would force capital replacement rather than using capital turnover (retirements) to dampen the cost.

    Also does she mean not selling cars or having them on the roads?

    The 2050 decarbonization goals being talked about in the House at least have some chance of happening.

    Unless you are talking nuclear or carbon capture, we are going to need a shit ton of batteries.

    Much of which is replacing young capital.
