I "designed" and built a 16'x24' shed, then last October had a tree fall on it and just now repaired it. If I can do it, anyone can do it.

I was wondering whether I'd need to do the same. I can do the bricks/pavers, but I want to make sure it is prepped properly.

Anyone ever replaced an attic door/ladder? Trying to get an idea of how difficult it will be before getting into it.

Head and shoulders above a regular door replacement.

No way. Complete this job, and new heights are easily within reach.

It should be easy, if it's a standard size and not custom built, just pop a new one in after taking the old frame out. You'll need someone to help due to weight, most likely

Yeah, watched a few different YouTube videos last night and it seems pretty simple. I'll probably give it a shot one of the next two weekends.
