We just lost to Vanderbilt. Most Vanderbilt fans were wanting their coach replaced. We are closer to being back to Dooley than anything else.

 

I'm blame this on him whoring for access, but does he even have access?

 

He does make a good point, though. If Butch is confident Tennessee is back, he's got no excuses for 2017.

"Champions of Life" still has some mileage left.

Im guessing it will go more like. "Staff turnover, green QB, injuries, youth, energy vampires" in no specific order.

 

In all honesty, it would be ludicrous to think someone could rebuild a program in less than 10 to 12 years.

There are significantly more excuses built in for this season than there were last season.

But we had guys like Eisenhower and Patton to strike back against the Germans after Pearl Harbor. We also had MacArthur and Nimitz to take on the Japanese after they invaded Poland and France while blitzing Britian.

We have Baghdad Bob leading the charge at UT now.

 

It all makes sense now. Recruit the 5-star hearts and you get Champions of Life.
