Halloween Costumes

That's kind of what I thought this thread would be about when I saw KB started it.

 

Whenever I have to visit a hospital, I never ever see smoking hot nurses.

Why is that?

 

They're the real nurses, the smart ones, with jobs.

 

They are all on the special floor where the doctors prescribe BJs and liquor.

 

Admittedly, I don't know where Norris, TN is, but I imagine that's your problem.

 

You could go as Sly Stallone... That guy must die about 5 times a year.... Him and Tommy Iommi both.

 

Or Cher... She may not meet the physical definition of being dead but good lord have you seen her lately??!? She may not make it to Halloween....

 

It sort of is. Me going as Harley Quinn is, at the very least, an homage to slutty girl halloween costumes.

Ended up going as a priest. The guy who took my ticket at the Chainsmokers concert asked me where the 10 year old boy was.

I thought the comment was a bit distasteful.

 

You prefer 9 year olds?

 

If you're dressing up as a Priest you are already mocking religion, why not go all in?

 

Are people who dress up as police officers, doctors, firefighters, etc. mocking pubic servants?

 

Usually, yeah. Most costumes by their very nature are caricatures.

 

The word "mock" suggests scorn or contempt. It has a negative connotation. I don't think someone who dresses up as a firefighter or a doctor holds any contempt towards actual doctors or firefighters. That would be silly.

 

Doubtful, but people that dress up as priests are. If you weren't then you were pretty clueless.
