Looking at his recruiters I think this might be a 'you'll get the chance to compete at QB but we like you at safety' situation.

 

Him, Richmond, and the DE from Hillsborough are top 3.

 

If nobody on campus right now is better than Worley, he should be getting a legit shot.

 

Easily Richmond. I also think Philips is better as is McGraw (but him and McGraw would basically be interchangeable honestly). So I think it would be more accurate to have him at #3 or #4 in the state. I feel like that's what most of the recruiting sites have him at last time I looked.
