John Brice update on Butch/Michigan

He was not too long ago let go by the Bills, although the entire staff was dismissed. Also, the Bucs chose not to have him return as special teams coordinator for this season. I don't think that really disputes the point you were making, but I thought I'd answer the question.

You'd be surprised. Along with assembling top notch defenses at Dallas, leaders from that team credit him with keeping Johnson from losing that team in 90 and 91 when Jimmy was going way over the top with the psychological stuff.

His ceiling is beating Gary Pinkel once every 2-3 years.

I like Fleck. I think he needs at least one more season. But the guy is hungry and is a leader.
