Yup, problem is the only one whose opinion really matters had moved on to other interests but won't let others take control.

 

Does he still give that much money that he cannot be pushed out of the way?

 

The question needs to be asked:

Who is on the radar of the booster that want to win?

 

And there is no check and balance due to the same family governing the state as well.

 

For football, not sure there would be anyway unless thunder were governor.
