One of my favorite players of all time, and probably my favorite modern (in my lifetime) player.

Some of his talk about what will happen to him after he retires concerns me ("I will probably just die"), but hopefully that is just his fear of retirement talking and he will find someway to find a good life after baseball.

Yea what sucks is if it’s brought up during the bat, the rightful hitter takes the box and assumes the count. “Thanks coach, I’m down 0-2 when i step in.”
