Must-Watch Films for Conversational Quoting

What are some of the movies that if you try to quote in conversation and someone is puzzled you are just astounded that the other person doesn't get the reference?

I'll go ahead and say Caddyshack and The Big Lebowski. If you haven't seen those two films you might as well assume I speak a foreign language.
