I’m in Chattanooga and cell service has been spotty all day since this happened. I guess they’re making sure emergency workers have priority.

I wonder if this has anything to do with that White supremacist group that was threatening to shut down the grid? I’m not fully up to speed in that news but it was the first thing that popped into my mind when I heard about the blast.
