Anybody watch Shtisel? I enjoyed it.

 

It is on my list.

 

You didn't misspell that, right?

 

She hit it fairly big in the mainstream with her posthumous album and her songs played quite a bit at the time. So, I think she was on her way with the more pop-ish top 40 stuff.

 

Right.

 

But how big of a part did her murder play in the album hitting it that big? If she hadn’t died, and the album her crossover album had been released as normal, would it still have been as popular?

 

Just finished the Clone Wars season 5. Hot damn this show got good. Cannot wait to watch 6 + 7 so I can watch Bad Batch.

 

I mean, I guess it wouldn't have been as big, but it's hard to say. She had a strong following in a certain community and they judged her ready to crossover. Certainly the notoriety of her death helped sales. Who knows where she would've ended up had she not been killed. She was pretty young, like 24 or so.

 

The last arc of season 7 is peak Star Wars.

 

Picked up Arrested Development in the search for shows new to me, and I've had a lot of laughs in just the first season. I can't help but laugh every time Buster is on screen. Great character.

 

Almost through with season 1, but Star Wars Rebels is even better than Clone Wars so far. Man, I am really digging it.

 

Buster Bluth has become one of my all time favorite characters

 

Enjoying Sweet Tooth on Netflix. It’s got a slick look to it and an interesting premise.

Be warned, it looks a little more kid friendly than it really is, although it’s pretty PG13 overall

 

First episode of Loki was pretty good.

 

A lot of setup but how it has to be I guess.

 

Like Loki, but got a feeling I'm going to need to learn more background on this. This seems like it could get confusing in a hurry.

 

The God of mischief should be confusing.

My oldest is at summer camp until Saturday, so we're holding off until he's back to watch it

 

Somebody said it had a Douglas Adams feel and I get that too

 

I wonder if they're going to do girl Loki

 

Invincible was fun. Took me a couple episodes to get in to it, but it got there.
