Recruiting would be awful. Constantly needing to fluff HS coaches and players, thinking 4 years ahead, etc.

 

I would end up saying things to these recruits and their families that would get me blackballed.

 

Having your top 14 running backs blow their knees out before the season started didn't help either

Well, born in Nebraska, but grew up in Minnesota while his dad coached for the Vikings for 8 years.

Minneapolis is a nice city, but damn is it cold. The allure of the NFL probably appeals to him, though.

 

That team has some pieces he could probably work with too. Jefferson is a stud and so is Cook. Defense is in good shape as well. The Miami job has some allure as well though but I haven't really heard any names associated with that job yet.

 

Depends how you feel about Tua.

Because he didn't like Tua. Chris Grier did. And Grier has been with the Dolphins for like 20 years, so Ross wasn't going to fire him.

 

Another job I'm not sure I'd touch with a 50 foot pole unless they are giving me $100M guaranteed. That franchise is in bad shape.

 

I don't like Tua either. He has shown no improvement and is getting worse.
