Time for some honest self reflection, who do you think has the override? Besides, I have some chip implanted in my body. If I am assassinated the chip will release chemical agents to the populace. This guy is prepared!
I agree with OE in the sense that the totality of the Constitution make it clearly illegal. I wanted to go for a particular starting point that I believe clearly states the illegality of acting as a foreign unit or a separate sovereign. I, obviously, understand the argument that it is an agreement granted by a sovereign state and that there is an "understanding" they may void it, but then where is the "out" in the document? If there is no method of breaking the agreement, then how can a state absolve their obligation not to act as a foreign entity, as prohibited in Article 1, Clause 10?
I'm fighting for the other side, but since knowing all of y'all has gotten me a gig with the Company, and, given that FM OE is out of control, just let me know and we'll tranc with a paralytic. His vitals will stay normal so it doesn't trigger his dead man switch.
Id like to see yall neutralize Steven Seagal, the cockpuncher! Id look that up on youtube. It is a skit from the onion movie.
You mean courts ruled in a way that would grant them more power and they then continued to uphold those rulings to preserve that power? Shocking. By bound do you mean perpetual union?
What?? I'm not following. Article 1 Clause 10 has nothing to do with picking and choosing when to follow the federal government.
The AoC actually had a "perpetual union" quote in it. Somehow it was left out of the Constitution. There is nothing in the Constitution which binds a state to it for eternity.
Is there a statute of limitations on the Constitution? Why wouldn't it be for "eternity" if there is no expiration date nor manner of leaving the union?
