was uncanny accurate, but helped immensely that everyone was single covered everywhere because of the run game.

beat the 1984 bears (arguably as good as a D as the 85), also dismantled parcells with LT at his peak (the second time around), and was in the same conference as the redskins and landry's cowboys at the beginning. 4 hall of fame coaches with great talent we are talking about.

Oh he was great and he was throwing to a guy that couldn't be covered in Irvin and TE that no defense paid attention to. That offense was a damn machine. He also had an OL that let not a soul get near him.

I think Kerry Collins and Neil O'Donnell both threw for 4 in one Super Bowl

He wasn't even behind center when the ball was snapped.

Manning doesn't even have the team record for Super Bowl interceptions.

not arguably as good as the 85 version and the offense wasn't close. LT at his peak was only one guy and the LB corps was the best thing the Giants had in that era. They were relying on a shaky Simms to get it done. The Redskins won when healthy and Landry's Cowboys kept trotting out Danny White and such. Those 49ers teams had every bit the talent spread that the Steelers had, but the 9ers big spread was on O, while Steelers was on D, which is more consistent.

according to the center peyton had already started the snap cadence before he went up to the line to change the play. so i'd say 80% on the center.

Most people are arguing with your penchant for putting entire losses on Manning's back when he was just 1 of MANY parts of the losses.

but he has a large contract and they can't afford a center. Manning's fault. Should have sensed it was coming with his "extra pay" sense.
