Political Order and Decay

this is a long held myth. It discounts human ingenuity and will to survive.

 

All it takes is one wrong person to pull the trigger/push the button/whatever and here we go. Give man enough time unchecked and someone will do it. Never said we'd nuke ourselves into oblivion, but some technology will do it.

That said, we'll have a natural culling of the herd long before this.
