If this is Tennessee, they rule him inbounds, and then stand over the ball as the last second ticks.

I guess being able to use a snap count is worth a 10 minute review here? Otherwise, it's one play.

 

Mistake calling the timeout, now they have no time pressure to snap... not that the ref was clear about it, but lip reading it looked like 1 second to get the play off, which would make sense

 

OMG, just let them run one play. You [uck fay]ed it up already.

 

I think what they were saying is that because there was a review, the clock would not run until the snap anyway. So the review was literally pointless in this case.
