Saban’s formula obviously works for him but that tells me Dabo is genuine and just a good dude.

 

I could be wrong, but I think Alabama is done winning titles with this group. Tua is the harbinger of a changed culture. And that change is to a soft Big XII team

Clemson is the only team that can force Alabama into one dimension and make them pay for it. Add a gargantuan effort by Trevor Lawrence and the most talented WRs in the nation, and you get this.

They’ve never lost a game like that in his time there unless I’m mistaken. It’s very abnormal. And Lawrence is going nowhere.

 

A shame they didn’t. I think they could have put up 60 if they didn’t let off the gas.

 

It was the team they were going up against that did this. LSU isn't doing this to Alabama. Auburn isn't doing it. Georgia isn't doing it.

 

Believe they said it was the biggest point deficit in his time at bammer with the last Clemson score, so yeah.

Clemson's offense is going to be nasty good for a few years if they keep getting offensive line play like they did tonight. That's the part that got overlooked in the broadcast I watched. It was mentioned early, but faded. Clemson's O line kept the pocket clean most of the night.

 

That is true, but Clemson sure looks like they will be back. Lawrence is a big hairy roadblock with talented receivers. No one has ever done that to Alabama with Saban there. Clemson gets full credit, of course, but that’s a hell of a shot to take if you’re Alabama. Clemson just beat Alabama as badly as Alabama beat Notre Dame a few years ago. Saban can retool, but it won’t be easy with Clemson hanging around. It’s a crack in the armor at the very least.
