World Class was top flight for a short run. The wars the Von Erichs had with Gino Hernandez-Chris Adams and The Freebirds were awesome

The picture that was in the thread at the old place of Matt, Percy, and Buzz was excellent. OE, you remember where you found that?

If he had his father's charisma, he would have been WCW's answer to Hennig.

Another Lexington, TN treasure. Forgot it has been that long since he died.

Also owned a really nasty strip club off exit 126 on i 40.

In a Theater of the Absurd moment I'm sure Hot Stuff loved, he wrestled a bear in Puerto Rico the night he passed away. That led to one of the most tragicomedic things I've ever seen on TV. 20/20 did their typical wrestlers dying too young story. Missy Hyatt, at that point Eddie's ex wife, was interviewed and began tearfully wailing "Why did he have to wrestle the bear? Why? Why?" I have to think it's the kind of demise Eddie would have wanted.

I have no doubt in my mind he went just as he would have wanted to.
