wolf, usc's beat writer, has said before that the fact there were two separate incidents saves USC. in particular one after he was supposed to be seeking treatment. usc has to offer him the option of seeking treatment and apparently they did and then he repeat offended. I have to think USC ran by this some very expensive lawyers before firing him.

 

It either gets tossed or they settle. Doubt it goes to any kind of trial.

If he gets that $30,000,000 he won't need to! Maybe he can canvas the country coaching folks on how to fleece universities out of tons of cash without even having to work there... Botch was on his way to mastering this but he keeps messing it up with these extensions...
