Im fortunate enough to be on the other end of the house from my little guy. That and he sleeps like a rock.
This and last year's team can't recover from a bad quarter, much less several games. No recovery from adversity by the players and coaches. I agree, losing 4 or more in a row is what we should "expect."
A coach I used to work with came into a preseason meeting one year with half of a notebook full of plays he wanted to install. When asked where he got them, he emphatically said "Madden!". He was around '96 or so. He wasn't around for '97.
It was great, 53. I just looked at him and asked if he was fkn stupid or what before the entire room burst into hysterical laughter.
The sad thing is that a lot of coaches couldn't coach if they lost their notebook. I've never understood how they expect players to remember the system, if the coach can't even remember it.
