I screwed up and eat at the Ryan's in Middlesboro a while back.

Never again, anywhere.

 

Uncle Herschel's, over easy, with the porkchop. And a bottle of syrup, please. (I put that on the eggs).

 

French toast is harder to **** up. But a perfect pancake is way better than the perfect French Toast.

 

Only thing I ever get there is Mama's Pancake Breakfast. Too good to stray away from.

 

Believe they later became Ponderosa. Anybody remember that?

 

Liked French toast when I was a kid. No interest now.

Matter of fact, if I were Hitler, I'd round up all the French toast lovers. To the camps they go. Along with the people who always have to back into their parking spaces.

 

I like french toast. I like pancakes. I like waffles. I like all breakfast foods, except country ham.

All country ham is not created equal but I like it in moderation

 

Country ham on a biscuit with a tomato slice is the way to go.

 

I just bought a 75 acre farm. If I end up having to get a survey to clear up some stuff, do you all do parcels that small?

My grandparents had a small smokehouse where they'd keep the hams when I was little.

Well done country ham is a delicacy, as is fried bologna.

My folks salt the heck out of theirs. It's good but you need an IV if you eat too much of it
