I'll believe that when it happens. It will probably happen USAF. He'll have his first complete season in years and be a Pro Bowler.
Delone Carter is going to end up being a steal for the Colts. He is exactly the kind of RB this team needs.
meh. RBs are becoming interchangeable. Their day as the difference makers is over. You have to have some ability there, but many have plenty.
When your top two RBs are an injury prone guy and a guy that showed he shouldn't even be in the NFL last year, a 5'9" 225lb bowling ball with some ability has a pretty good chance to make a pretty big impact. That's a steal in my book from a 4th round pick.
probably a decent pick, but to the extent the line can play, there are hordes of guys who can give the Colts what they need. They have to have at least limited ability against the run and healthy WRs.
Agreed, but I'm still excited about Carter from what I have read and saw from him to date considering their luck with RBs since James.
I have all but given up hope on Polian ever making a good selection on the defensive side of the ball. His last few drafts have been pathetic on defense.
Not that I ever expect it to happen, but I'm just imagining the media shitstorm if it did - http://www.totalpackers.com/2011/08...m_campaign=Feed:+totalpackers+(Total+Packers)
Kerry Collins is a Colt http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/6...ry-collins-sources-doubt-peyton-manning-ready
Based on the utfantilidie school of QB evaluation, I expect Collins to quickly take the starting job.
