more in tune with what? i think you're arguing against something nobody is arguing

I think everyone is just frustrated because of how idiotic our scheme is. There are ways to minimize our weaknesses and maximize our strengths, but our coaches don't seem interested in doing that.

I say he sucks. You don't.

We'll see. I'd love to be wrong.

Bajakian has done no favors for Worley by trying to run a system he's completely incompatible/incapable of executing at even a rudimentary level.

This is the main thing that I don't understand. Worley is not a read option qb, so why force a system on him that he can't run?

Good coaches adapt their system to their players to try to help them succeed. One trick ponies try to force a round peg into a square hole because they are either unwilling or unable to adapt. Bajakian is the My Little Pony of one trick ponies.

Bajakian has made evident what a limited coach he is. He cannot adapt his offense to available personnel. This needs to be his last season here.

    Edit: What Jay said.

A My Little Pony reference on a sports forum, in context no less, good work.

Good lord, the read option is a variation of playaction. Line up in an I baby and get your playaction !!!!

Get J fired up with a fullback

in any case, if we had a qb we knew was GREAT, i'm not sure he'd look it, the next few weeks, behind this line
