I think he has a good understanding of football, but at times you have to take more risk depending on talent. He's been blessed it seems to play on good teams in high school and in college, but when there is a talent gap sometimes you have to gamble. I'd rather lose by attacking, rather than sitting back and letting a more talented team just out talent me.

Wabash is the 5th winningest program in DIII, has a long tradition of winning (used to play Notre Dame; Purdue got the name Boilermakers from us, etc.), and has top 10 facilities per capita (I think that's what it's called) in all NCAA divisions. You wouldn't be taking a pay cut to coach here. My debate with Jay focuses on the QBs involvement in pre snap reads and adjustments for run plays. My argument is that they are minimal and usually simple in comparison to those of pass plays, making his involvement in the run game very minimal.
