You would think. How much of an idiot or narcissist do you have to be to keep putting yourself in front of the firing squad. If I ran an NFL team, I wouldn't touch this guy with a 39 and a half foot pole.
Sheeeiitt no. FSU will work over Florida with or without famous. Likely true for UGA too, but I never trust Buttcut.
It's just like he's trolling FSU and seeing how much shit he can get away with before they finally just boot him off the team (which I don't see happening without NCAA or legal intervention).
I don't know. There must come a point when you have to just say "We can win without you, bye." And the look on Jimbo's face in this gif is priceless: I would love to know what Jameis said to him. "Jameis, why the hell are you dressed out?" "Coach, I'm the starting quarterback." "...."
It takes rape charges, drug charges or academic scandal to get the boot from FSU. He's already dodged one of those
NFL needs to make a minor league a la MLB or college teams need to separate from the University and become local clubs a la European Soccer. Not much thought was put into this statement, but I find the hypocrisy of the "student athlete" to be unbearable. It is nothing new. Dumb kids have been shuttled through colleges for 100 years because they could play a game ("After five years of football...they gave me a college duh-gree.") But the Jameis Winston deal just brings it so much into focus for me.
If they end up having to vacate last year's championship and get shit on by the Feds for Title IX stuff, they may regret ever having Winston on campus.
