As OC. Not head guy. He's like Kiffin. Great at OC, not head guy material at big boy level.

 

Dantonio has to be feeling a little stale at MSU by now, right? He'd be worth a call, IMO.

 

He's a wing-t power run guy. His bread and butter is buck sweep, belly, and counter with a lot of window dressing.

I like watching his offense when clicking.

 

Absolutely, I love it.

 

he is definitely a run focused coach, but when he had the tools, he slung it all over. Did it with Paul Smith at Tulsa and threw all over with the crew he had at Springdale HS (Mustain and company). I don't think he's married to a single approach, but he runs the football and tries to create advantages by singling in on a couple guys to trick every play.

 

That's just wrong. I just prefer fewer gimmicks. I am in Arkansas and familiar with him back to HS days. His offense has morphed. He doesn't exactly run a clean program and there are plenty of guys that I would prefer over him as head coach.

What you and I might agree on is that life would better if we were actually searching for a new head coach right now.
