The Swiss equivalent to the DOJ has opened an investigation on the 2018 and 2022 bids for World Cup. It seems pretty obvious that the Swiss and US investigations are linked and cooperative. Indy, you may want to take that 5k bet. The Swiss wouldn't be doing this if they didn't already have something.
I cannot believe that the rest of the footballing world isn't also tired of FIFA's tyrannical reign over the game.
That would be good, too, but the NCAA is like a middle school rec league compared to the professionals in FIFA in terms of out and out corruption.
I think there was a not so veiled threat to other international agencies like FIFA and the IOC by the doj today.

Uefa had a strong statement today saying FIFA needed to be rebooted and real reforms carried out. Even wants to delay Fridays election.
