Vols 1-0 post game thoughts

I just want to see us in the I-formation. That pistol can die in a fire as far as I am concerned. Maybe we are just not getting it or what not, but good lord, it is quickly getting up there with the Randy Sanders bubble screen for me.

 

When Josh Smith outruns the entire utah state d to the edge, you have to keep trying it.

At one point in the 2nd quarter, I looked at their D and 9 of 11 guys on the field were white. Was pissed we only had 14 on the board.

 

We're not getting in the I. So, might as well get over it.

 

I refused to believe someone who told me he had improved, but he didn't do anything to disprove that tonight. Looked very quick.

 

It's corny, but whatever. I can imagine them sitting there, looking around wondering where "that racket" was coming from

 

Tennessee looked better than every other team in the east except uga. Florida didn't want to play in the rain, though.

 

As young as the team is, they have some solid leadership with AJ and Maggitt. They were ready to play when a lot of SEC teams were not.

 

You think we beat Florida? Considering their offense last year, I can't imagine they score more than 17 on us.

 

I have idea what to expect from uf. Their d is going to be great.

I think Kurt Roper sucks and Florida has managed to not recruit wide receivers for two years.

Their d will probably keep Tennessee from doing much, but I don't see their offense being good at all.

Get a couple of turnovers like last year and don't bring in Peterman to **** it all up, and I really think we win.

I might kill myself if they make it 10 in a row.
