Yeah, I'm currently boycotting "Take me to Church" despite loving the song due to the evilness factor.

 

Not liking it.

 

Can't believe no one has mentioned The Band. The older I get, the more I like them.

First thing that popped in my head when I read that was Tony! Toni! Tone'!

 

I have only heard of Pearl Jam on that list, and I like Pearl Jam.

 

I like them a lot, but don't know that I'd have them in "favorite" conversation.

 

Because they are the antithesis of all that is the current music market. Do you think The Band would get on the radio these days?

 

I found it on youtube - that was great. So different in the style, certainly, but I really enjoyed that. Maybe I'll get to see you perform live one day.

I like The Band too, but I wouldn't put them in "Favorite" category

 

Yeah, I guess that's basically how I feel too. Imo, "The Weight" is an American masterpeice and they have a dozen or so other songs that are really, really, really good.
