So if you are chilling at 1 pm and open to something new, turn on espn for Major league lacrosse and just watch for a little bit. The pace makes it enjoyable for me. Quick and decisive passes. spacing, cutting like hockey, soccer and hoops. Youll see pick and rolls and pops like basketball, and shots similar speed to pro baseball pitchers and same various releases coming from hard off the plant leg at a goalie with no pads on his legs.

 

Need wireless earbuds for running. Killed cheap ones from Amazon in less than a month.

 

Jabra 65/75t. I have regular and don’t seem to have a problem with sweating and them, but you could get active to be safe.

 

I just tried to plank for 5 minutes and believe i pulled some rib cartilage. Feels like a knife.

Pfft. I already run damn near barefooted (and sometimes actually barefooted). I'm not trying to make it not fun.

Podcast listening walker here. I hate jogging and/or running.

 

Running and/or jogging is dumb. But I also hate doing any outdoor physical activity this time of year, so I’m a bit jaded at the moment.

The options are either in the morning with 1236% humidity at 70-75 degrees or in the afternoon when it’s 476 degrees outside.

I hate both options and begrudgingly suffer through them on my near daily 2-3 mile walks.

 

Just walked a mile and jumped rope for 15 minutes. Soaking wet but sweating like that feels great
