I've told several people my portfolio can't outlast the stupidity of /r/WallStreetBets so I try to stay far away from anything they're doing.
Took orders for the model 3 in 2016, and delivered first ones 2017. If we want to say he should have been able to take orders in 2015, to deliver in 2016, fine. But we're talking about being 15 months off on a prediction made in 2006. That's pretty nit picky, don't you think? A 10 year plan off by 15 months? And the price point not $35,000 was $40,000... again, from a prediction made in 2006. I'd say that was a promise kept. But you can nit pick it if you want.
15 months long, 10 years out, missing price point by 5k is not an overpromise underdeliver. That's on point. US fighter planes can't even hit those numbers, and they are highly specialized.
I don't buy single stocks so I don't care about that, but he's a true throw back to what made America.
because he can be full of shit at times https://www.businessinsider.com/elo...2018-tesla-made-254530-vehicles-during-2018-3
A merger where you become CEO is ... a takeover? Let's be realistic here, he became CEO of it so they probably ran with a few of his ideas.
