Other way around. What happened in the UAE wasn't from cloud seeding. It "works" but the atmospheric moisture still has to be there.

Reading up on the flooding events on the Saudi Arabian peninsula, I saw that Kenya has been having similar problems. Apparently there is something called the Indian Ocean Dipole which is sort of like the Pacific's el nino we hear more about. In the positive phase, warmer water pools at the surface off the horn of Africa and intensifies precipitation. Throw in even warmer conditions on top of the positive phase, and you get a lot of moisture transport and higher specific humidity so more intense rainfall.

Conspiracies about super effective cloud seeding or weather control is way easier to think about than the complicated reality of planetary systems.

I’m gonna have to see a study on whether the frogs turn gay before I believe you.

Interestingly, frogs can change sex for all sorts of reasons regardless of their sex chromosomes so I am not sure there can be a "gay frog."

At first pollution was blamed but it can happen naturally. At first it was thought to only happen at tadpole stage but that seems vary by species. It was once thought to be only a specific set of species but they keep finding new ones.

Not that social perceptions care about physical reality.

Alex Jones joke that goes back to chemtrails and (I believe) cloud seeding. The gay frog thing I mean
