It doesn't matter, though. Even if such things didn't exist (and he was certain to caveat it as "off the street"), there is a limit to ammunition and there is a limit to the number of victims. The shotgun's feature that make it devastating in close quarters (which most mass shootings are) is its ability to be pointed, not aimed. A head wound is a bad wound, regardless. Which increases your likelihood of hitting that target, without the need for careful aim?
