    Most difficult schedules in '14

    According to Phil Steele here's how the top 10 stacked up.

    1. Arkansas
    2. UCLA
    3. Auburn
    4. Ole Miss
    5. Colorado
    6. Washington State
    7. Tennessee
    8. Utah
    9. Texas A&M
    10. Miami (Fla.)

    The four College Football Playoff participants ranked as follows.

    No. 26 Alabama
    No. 31 Oregon
    No. 53 Ohio State
    No. 54 Florida State

    TCU, which just missed the field, checked in at No. 73 while Big 12 Co-Champion Baylor checked in at No. 77.
