I'm sure he has a well reasoned and detailed critique of Streep's roles that justify his statement.

I do always get a kick out of my conservative friends who say this, yet have their political icon as Ronald Reagan.

 

I'm already tired of him.

 

I don't get it. At least Reagan held a couple of moderately important public offices. Not quite the same thing as Billy Joe Armstrong lecturing "conservative a**holes" from the stage.

 

Translation:

I know I rail away at Hollywood actors and my hero was a Hollywood actor, but it's different because I agree with this Hollywood actor's viewpoints.

 

Have you ever listened to Green Day? Cerebral. Really makes me think that BJ has an opinion worth listening to. He's entitled to it, whatever.

And the value of an Oscar. Pure tripe. I think every Meryl Streep movie blows.

 

Out of Africa and the Natural are good

 

The Natural is Glenn Close, but I did like The Deer Hunter and Doubt.

Out of Africa was horrendous.
