It’s a his word against her word case. I guess the rape kit could help clear things up. No idea how this will play out.
The prosecution is saying the girl and AJ had sex in front of Williams and another girl, the other girl leaves the room, AJ told Williams to get a condom and they locked the door and covered her mouth.
What I read though says the friend left the room and thought the accuser was ok, not in danger. The accuser didn’t say “no” until her friend was already out of the room. So again, turns into a he said she said thing.
The problem with these accusations and crimes is that there isn't physical evidence, necessarily. And this is all so stale now there is no way this gets resolved in a convincing way for outside observers without someone recanting
Seems like the texts and social media stuff they gathered could potentially be pretty convincing evidence.
There is a better chance that Float buys a MAGA hat, that IP starts his own televangelist network and that NYY sexually pleasures a woman - than Knox County DA Charme Allen will give one hot damn about whether or not an alleged crime / criminal involves any UT athlete, in any direction, for any reason, period. As it should be.
