What are the actual charges? the elements of rape in Tennessee: (a) Rape is unlawful sexual penetration of a victim by the defendant or of the defendant by a victim accompanied by any of the following circumstances: (1) Force or coercion is used to accomplish the act; (2) The sexual penetration is accomplished without the consent of the victim and the defendant knows or has reason to know at the time of the penetration that the victim did not consent; (3) The defendant knows or has reason to know that the victim is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated or physically helpless; or (4) The sexual penetration is accomplished by fraud. Seems like if the accused did not know she did not consent and/or had no way of knowing that she did not consent then that defeats #2 here.

I would say by consenting to first act and not withdrawing consent from the second act (within minutes of the first) that it would be hard to argue no consent. But I’m no lawyer.
Apparently this only referred to the first act of sex with AJ. Apparently she said no to Williams joining in.
Apparently, she had sex with a player a few months before first having sex with AJ, then she had sex twice with AJ.
That seems consistent with everything else. Seems like problems really started when Williams got involved.
