Anybody know a time table for a verdict?

 

Not sure how this can possibly be no “reasonable doubt” when it’s her word versus theirs.

 

Unless I'm missing something, it looks like AJ is in the clear. There appears to be questions about Williams.

 

I think it would depend if he is was in the room or not.

No doubt they were in the same room at the same time. They were in the same woman at the same time.

 

I’m not a legal expert, but if AJ is having consensual sex, and either asks Mike or Mike decides to join, and she says no to both, but they keep going, then I would consider that rape.

 

I’m not sure about that - AJ was active with Williams. If she said no to that, it could be on both of them.

 

I see, I was under the impression that he left the room before part 2.

I disagree, if I correctly understand the facts (dubious at best).

Consenting to having sex with one guy is not consenting to have sex with another.

Secondly, the absence of objection is not the giving of consent, IMO.

I’m damned sure no lawyer.

 

Wait, this is an actual thing she said, and was repeated in court?

Then if true, and if he still sexually penetrated her, that’s rape, IMO. JMHO.

 

What if the State is arguing that AJ coerced her?
