Fire under bridge on 85 north, caused the bridge to collapse;Atlanta is ****ed traffic wise for months. http://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/245059796-story
I don't understand. how could burning plastic melt steel? I've been assured that nothing ever collapses from a fire.
This literally never happens, guys. Must have been an inside job. Big Convenience Store, trying to increase business by making people sit in traffic longer.
Talked to my brother in ATL. He's ok, but here's what he said, "That is literally yards from my office."
I would explain but I can't tell the structural difference between a bridge or a 100+ story skyscraper. So, I better stay out of this one.
I've been on that bridge numerous times in the past few weeks. Thank goodness I was working in north Atlanta today.
Ah. Would you say an empty interstate overpass has more load than a 110 story building, or less? And how does a fire compare to a fire from a subsequent impact of a 767? I'm thinking the buildings were a bit more vulnerable.
Also sad the fear that is allowed to spread all because one side lost to decide who was the least shitty candidate.
